Bunya Burgers.
ingredients=
1 egg
1/2 cup plain flour
1 cup cooked red lentils
1 cup cooked veges
1 cup boiled and chopped Bunya nuts sprinkled with a pinch of herbs such as Native Mint or Native Pepper or Native Thyme or lemon Myrtle
breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons of curry powder if you dont have any native herbs.
Mash veges and nuts and lentils together until they form a lumpy mixture.
Add egg flour and curry powder.
Sprinkle in breadcrumbs until mixture forms into a solid ball.
Heat an oiled large flat pan to medium heat. Make small balls and flatten them out in the pan, cook on both sides untill golden brown!

hahahahaha whoever thought the word verifacation would be good for a laugh!!! I have tons of recipes, i had big intentions of filling this blog with them, but what with our summer holidays here i've been heaps slack with everything (its tooo bloody HOT!!!), i'll have a look and see what i got though....
