I was just looking at some images on Google and i saw this beautiful photo of Coalcliffe Beach, its not far from where i live and when i was a teenager (Lol yeah way back when!) i got very drunk one night and had to sleep on this beach cause nobody was sober enough to drive! Its a beautiful photo so i just thought i'd share.
Bush Tucker Tip
Yam (Murnong), Taro and Bunya Nuts tossed in olive oil with Dorrigo Pepper and Native Thyme are ideal for roasting. All require long slow cooking.

Warrigal Pie

Ingredients
Oil spray
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
1 cup of evaporated skim milk
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups of blanched Warrigal Greens
1/2 cup of chopped shallots
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese

Spray pie dish with oil spray. Spread breadcrumbs over the base of dish.

Beat eggs and milk together in a mixing bowl.

Add all other ingredients.
Pour into pie dish.
Bake in a moderate oven for 30-35 minutes.

Warrigal greens - blanch in boiling water for about 2 - 3 minutes.
